Packaging

Spunbond nonwoven fabrics are used in a wide range as promotional pallet, packaging and nonwoven bag. Tear-resistant bags can be given the required dimensions and material thicknesses, while also allowing colour printing and customised embossing for the right touch and feel. Non Woven is used extensively in packing according to clients requirement & specifications. Nonwoven packaging is a oxygen-scavenging packaging for foodstuffs and anti-static packaging for computer equipment are just two of the innovative packaging solutions available today. Non woven rice packaging bags are made up from non woven fabric and are widely used to pack, store and supply for bulk quantity of rice. Agriculture Crop Covers

Realfab made Non wovens are used effectively for optimizing the productivity of crops, gardens and greenhouses. Realfab Agri Products are developed using polypropylene, which is considered to be the most economical and eco-friendly polymer by spinning the material into filaments and bonding them by heat without use of any binders. These are light-weight with 17 to 19 grams per square meter. The Fabric ensures protection against the sun's rays due to UV absorbers/Stabilizers, which are incorporated in it.

Realfab Agri fabric provides protection against the sun's rays by enhancing early growth and development of plant with end result of both improvement in quality and yield. These protect the plant from cold and frost trapping 5 degree Celsius moisture that enables natural frost protection of plant. It minimizes the dangers caused by hail, heavy rains and storms.

Commercial Applications

SHOES AND GARMENTS

A broad spectrum of our fabric used in making of shoes in a liners, counter liners, inter liners and reinforcing materials of shoes. Non woven insoles ensures a healthy foot climate and a high degree of foot comfort. Non woven shoe covers also protect surgeons from infections and the discharge and adverse effects of static electricity.

FURNITURE UPHOLSTERY

Spunbond fabrics are widely used in bed, furniture and other home textile products. Non woven fabrics have a potential usage in furniture and upholstery. In furniture before the padding of fabric is put on furniture, a layer of Spun Bond Fabric is put to hold the padding. It is also used in carpets which are fixed in offices to reduce noise and arrest particles. In upholstery, curtains & bedsheets of various colors and hues are made.
